How ReWork handles personal information.

What We Store

We store the minimum needed to run the platform:

  • For posters: your contact info and your listing details.
  • For applicants: your email address and a record of where you applied.
  • For mentors and mentees: your profile and matching information.

What We Do Not Store

We do not store resumes. They pass through our system as email attachments and are delivered directly to hiring parties. We do not retain copies on our servers.

30-Day Data Limit

No data is retained longer than 30 days beyond its active use. Listings expire at 30 days. Application records purge 30 days after submission. Mentor and mentee data is removed when the relationship ends.

No Selling Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. We do not run advertising. We do not share data with third parties except as required by law.

Your Right to Delete

You can request deletion of any of your information at any time by emailing info@reworkcareers.com.
