We started ReWork because the existing job platforms charge employers to post and applicants to apply, and they treat the people inside the industry as commodities to be packaged and sold. We believe in something simpler: bring real people in real estate together, free of charge, and let the connections happen on their own terms.
Posters do not pay to list. Applicants do not pay to apply. Mentors do not collect fees. There are no paid placements, no boosted listings, no premium tiers.
We do not host messaging, store resumes, or insert ourselves between hiring parties and applicants. We connect, then we step out of the way.
ReWork is run by working real estate professionals for working real estate professionals. We answer to the community we serve.
