Attend donor meetings, events, and community functions as needed. Maintain regular communication with donors to foster long-term engagement and support. Identify opportunities to upgrade donor giving levels and increase donor participation. Conduct some outreach and prospecting to potential donors, though the primary focus is relationship management and stewardship. Ensure all fundraising activities are organized, professional, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, sales, account management, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals, VIP donors, and community leaders. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability. Experience coordinating events and managing fundraising initiatives is a plus. Proficiency with fundraising databases, CRM systems, and general office technology is preferred. Professional, personable, and able to represent the organization with confidence and integrity.
