Associate Attorneys – Litigation & Transactional (Brooklyn, NY)

Boutique Brooklyn-based law firm (6+ attorneys) focused on commercial real estate, construction, and general commercial matters is seeking mid- to senior-level associate attorneys for both our litigation and transactional departments. Exceptional junior candidates will also be considered.

We offer a warm, collaborative team environment and meaningful hands-on experience. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who can take on significant responsibility, work independently, and interact directly with clients.

Qualifications:

* Several years of relevant legal experience (litigation and/or transactional), though strong junior candidates will be considered
* Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
* Admitted to practice in New York
