📍 Property Manager | Great Neck, NY (NYC Metro Portfolio)
We’re a Great Neck-based property management company looking for a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team.
In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of properties across the New York City metro area — managing tenant relationships, coordinating vendors and maintenance, handling lease administration, and supporting ownership with financial reporting and operational goals.
What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and building staff
• Manage rent collections, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Support NOI goals through expense management and occupancy oversight
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of property management experience in NYC or the metro area
• Working knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant law and housing regulations
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• NY Real Estate License preferred
