Role Description

We are a Lakewood based family office seeking an experienced asset manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 5 + years experience managing an out of state portfolio of 10 + assets with 2K + units. Experience working with 3rd party management on multiple PMS’s is required. Must have in depth knowledge of both operations and financials. Weekly overnight travel 3 out of 4 weeks is a requirement. Please only respond if you have the requisite experience.
