What You'll Do
Proactive outreach: Call brokers regularly to stay top of mind and generate leads
Tenant prospecting: Reach out to potential tenants and qualify opportunities
Property showings: Conduct tours of retail and office spaces, highlighting features and answering questions
Property presentation: Ensure spaces are clean, presentable, and ready to impress
Marketing: Execute online marketing campaigns including social media, email outreach, and listings
Market intelligence: Stay informed on local market trends, competitive properties, and pricing
Lease negotiations: Work with prospects to negotiate terms and close deals
Pipeline management: Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM system
Relationship building: Maintain connections with brokers, tenants, and industry contacts for referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For
Sales-minded: You love the chase and aren't afraid of rejection
Self-motivated: You don't need to be micromanaged—you take initiative
Excellent communicator: Comfortable on the phone, via email, and in person
Organized: Can juggle multiple leads and follow up consistently
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with basic software (Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM tools, social media platforms)
Flexible schedule: Available for showings on evenings/weekends as needed
Reliable transportation: Ability to travel to properties throughout Jersey City
Experience: Minimal to no experience required—we'll train the right person with the right attitude
Compensation
Base salary (modest) + generous commission structure
