Growing commercial real estate company seeking a strong full-time Property Manager / Operations Manager to oversee industrial, warehouse, loft, and mixed-use properties in Bristol, CT.
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and hands-on who can keep projects, vendors, tenants, and maintenance moving efficiently every day.
This is NOT a passive office position. We need someone who follows through aggressively, solves problems, pushes vendors, manages maintenance staff, and keeps operations moving without constant oversight.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties
Manage maintenance staff and outside vendors
Coordinate repairs, construction, and tenant improvements
Walk properties regularly and identify issues proactively
Ensure vacant units are turned over quickly
Track projects, timelines, and open items
Follow up aggressively on incomplete work
Handle tenant issues and coordinate resolutions
Maintain organized operational records and updates
Work closely with ownership on priorities and execution
Use Asana and other systems to track tasks and progress
Upload photos and documentation for completed work
Coordinate inspections, permits, contractors, and deliveries
Requirements
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Construction, facilities, or property management experience preferred
Comfortable working in industrial/commercial environments
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Ability to prioritize and execute without constant supervision
Must be proactive and responsive
Experience with commercial real estate is a major plus
