Construction Jobsite Manager

Role Description

NJ Framing & Drywall is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day job site operations from start to completion.
- Supervise framing, drywall, insulation, taping, painting, and finish crews.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe job site.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Order materials, track deliveries, and resolve field issues quickly.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of wood framing, metal framing, drywall, and interior finishes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills / Certifications

Construction experience a most, Frmaing experience preferred.
