Assistant Project Manager
About this role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented construction professional with experience in commercial construction and site development. The ideal candidate is confident reading full construction plan sets, including site, civil, grading, and ASMEP drawings. Responsibilities: • De-scope plans to create full takeoffs, RFIs, and value engineering suggestion lists • Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement • Review scopes and identify discrepancies between plans and specs • Assist with estimating, including establishment and distribution of bid packages, leveling bids and buyout processes Qualifications • Experience/Knowledge in industrial construction and/or site development • Strong experience with earthwork and grading • Comfortable working with full plan sets • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
