Part-Time B2B Marketing & Growth Specialist (In-Office | Howell, NJ) We’re Actovia — a B2B SaaS lead generation platform used by commercial real estate and mortgage professionals. We’re looking for a hands-on marketing person to help us organize and grow our lead generation and CRM marketing efforts. This is an in-office, part-time role (2 days a week, 4–5 hours per day). What you’ll do • Build and manage email drip campaigns • Help organize CRM marketing automation • Segment and target B2B audiences • Track opens, clicks, replies, and improve campaigns • Use AI tools to help research prospects and improve messaging • Support campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels Who this is for You have B2B marketing experience, understand lead generation and CRM systems, and ideally have some familiarity with commercial real estate, mortgage, or financial services. You’re organized, practical, and focused on results. This is not a social-media-only or content-only role — it’s about building a real lead engine.
