About this role
A Title Insurance brokerage firm is seeking an organized and proactive Title Insurance Coordinator to support operations and ensure seamless real estate transactions. This role is critical in preparing files for closing, managing schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordinating closings Prepare, organize, and distribute closing documents Identify and resolve complex title issues efficiently Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of title experience Knowledge of New York title practices is required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset Experience with SoftPro is a plus Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $120K based on experience
