Senior Underwriter

What You’ll Do • Underwrite and structure fix & flip, bridge, and DSCR loans across residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. • Assess risk, analyze borrower and collateral strength, and make sound, data-driven credit decisions. • Collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams to align underwriting with deal strategy and client goals. • Lead and mentor the underwriting team, building scalable systems and best practices. • Play a key strategic role in driving company growth and shaping the credit culture. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in real estate loan underwriting (bridge, fix & flip, DSCR preferred). • Strong analytical skills and an ability to assess complex financial scenarios. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally and think like an investor. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
