Enercon LED is seeking ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to promote our commercial LED lighting retrofit solutions to new and existing customers. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for motivated professionals who thrive in building relationships, creating leads, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial and industrial customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, brokers, and decision-makers. Promote energy-efficient LED lighting upgrades. Requirements Previous outside sales experience preferred (B2B, commercial real estate, or energy industry a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events. Compensation Generous, uncapped commission structure – earn significant income based on performance. Full support from Enercon LED’s rebate program expertise and project team.
